How does the machine learning portion come into play?

I mean does the game come with its own machine learning libraries? Or do we have to code and implement those portions ourselves?

Thank you very much. This was helpful. But one more question… Is this available to be coded in Java? Because Python is like another language to me. @Isaac

If you read in that same thread you can see that currently python3 is the only supported language but they will be releasing a Java version soon:

@Isaac Ya I saw that… I was just hoping that by some miracle they had developed a Java version since last month.
