I’m noticing in the documentation that refund amounts and bit decays are rounded to the nearest tenth, and I’m wondering if it’s the specific amount that is to be added/subtracted that is rounded or if it’s the final value that’s rounded after accounting for unrounded additions/subtractions.
Rounding is performed on the final value after calculations.
