Hey everyone,
As many of you who frequent the forums know, we will be implementing a number of matchmaking changes large and small over the next two weeks. As we continue, there is a risk that we may introduce issues, or that new code may and formulas behave strangely with old data. The integrity of the ratings is extremely important as it will be used to determine the winner of the 2018 global competition.
In order to ensure that the leaderboard is in a clean and healthy state going into the final month of the competition, we may decide to reset the leaderboard. If we do, we will do so on the first week of December. We will keep you posted on this.
Also some good news, the first matchmaking change is in. Opponents should always be within 400 elo of you.
