Damage taken by enemy when I didn't send out attacks?


I was watching a replay of my algo vs Paprikadobi’s algo and I noticed at after turn 1 “lazy” took 1 damage. Is there another way to take damage besides information that I’m obviously missing or is this a bug (maybe just a visual bug on the replay)?

That was because my algo’s computation that turn took 6039ms. You take 1 damage for every second exceeding 5s limit.
