Can not open the assessment for west coast

Have someone got this same problem?

I may open the competitions(navigation bar)->spring 2023-west coast->assessment once before, and I find out it not working after clicking the start assessment button with the circle rotating forever and nothing else shown on the screen even after hours of waiting.
