Broken textures

On my older pc, the units on board have broken textures:
PINGs, SCRAMBLERs, FILTERs and ENCRYPTORs aen’t shown at all.
EMPs look only like only one quarter of the cross and it is filled, not empty.
DESTRUCTORs look like a small line segment in the lower left corner of the tile.

Why is that?

Have you turned on hardware acceleration in Chrome?
