I’m noticing strange behavior in this match that just doesn’t look consistent to me. On turns like 17, the 2 emps on each side will meet and attack each other, but the purple side “wins out” with one emp. Compared to round 18, you can see different behavior where both pairs of emps mutually destroy each other. Going off the visual animations, I suspect that one of the blue emp attacks is fizzling out and not occuring, though I have no idea why.

It is because on turn 17 the destructor attacks one of the blue emps it dies, so when the emps meet blue have stability 5 and 1 while the red emps have 5 and 5, so after two frames blue are both dead, but red will have still 2 stability.
Ah, thank you. For the life of me I couldn’t figure that one out. Those attack animations really help now that I know what I’m looking for.
