State of the art: Action Phase Simulation

Looks like it based on his goodbye post. I spent the last day and a half optimizing mine and can’t get within 1 order of magnitude from those simulation times. GG man.

Forgot to mention it last week, but the issues described in this thread (floating point health and self-destructing units getting attacked) have been resolved in a hotfix.
